Not in the least boring! Ferdinand Hladik’s dynamic team at Kitchen 12 won’t let anything start to smoulder, and that’s not just because they can really cook exceptionally well here but also because their fantasies know no bounds. The way the menu is composed and the variety of ideas for designing and implementing the restaurant concept imply the greatest level of creativity. Alongside the “open table” there is also the “private table” for various events and private parties.


Graz is pure heaven for foodies. It even wears the title 'Austria’s Capital of Culinary Delights'. Once in Graz, a visit to the farmer’s market is a must, to see what Graz chef’s are offering. Look out for Käferbohnen (runner beans), Kürbiskernöl (pumpkinseedoil), Krauthäuptel (crisp fresh salad), Kren (horseradish) or Vulcano Schinken (special ham).
